Boundaries For Your Soul

This fall, I found myself overwhelmed by fear.  Fortunately, Cook and Miller’s book lay waiting on my bedside table.  With their instruction, I was able to get curious about that fear, invite God into my vulnerable state, and learn how to integrate what they call my internal team of rivals.
