The House of God
by Samuel Shem

Becoming
by Michelle Obama

We struggled with an interesting tension -- wanting to hold this First Lady to a certain ideal while craving more of the parts that were relatable to us, as daughters, wives, mothers, lawyers, natives of Chicago, Princeton alum, community organizers, and hopefuls for a better world.  Read it. World Vision Global 6K

World Vision estimates that in the developing countries they serve, kids have to walk an average of 6K to retrieve mainly dirty water.  On May 4th, my oldest son and I ran that same distance to raise money to provide clean water to kids in the DR Congo. Thanks for supporting the effort!  You can continue to help by clicking the link.
